摘要
行政伦理状况的优劣,对把我国建设成和谐社会,对国家的经济增长、政治生活、社会风气具有非常重要的作用。尤其是现阶段我国正处于社会转型时期,随着我国经济的高速增长,各种利益关系需要及时调整和规范,各种腐败行为需要及时打击和防范,各种不公平不公正现象需要政府去解决和协调。从我国当今的实际出发,加强有中国特色的行政伦理建设,提高公共官员的内在道德素质,寻找反腐倡廉的有效突破口,不仅十分必要而且刻不容缓。特别是加入WTO后,加强我国的行政伦理建设有利于增强我国的国际竞争优势。
The administrative ethics plays an important role in the establishing of our country into a harmonious society, and in the economic growth, in the political life and the social general mood of our country. Especially nowadays our country is in a period of great change, with the rapid economic growth in our country, all the interest-related relationship need to be regulated and standardized, all the corruption behaviors need to be guarded and cracked down, and all the unfair phenomena need to be resolved and coordinated by the government. Therefore, according to the current situation of our country, it is urgent as well as essential to strengthen the administrative ethics construction with Chinese characteristics, to enhance the internal ethical qualities of the government officials, and to find effective way to crack down corruption and advocating honesty. After the entering of the WTO, it can enhance the international competitive advantage of our country to strengthen our administrative ethics construction.
