摘要
为去除不锈钢表面的氧化物膜,研制了一种常温快速清洗的新型固体除锈剂。介绍了工艺配方与操作条件,定性讨论了除锈剂中各组分的性能、作用。试验结果表明工艺流程简单,产品除锈效果显著,适于快速作业,且方便运输。
A new solid agent for quickly pickling stainless steel oxide layers at room temperature was developed. The properties and the effect of technological formula were studied. The agent showed advantages of good rust cleaning, simplified process, less pollution and easy transportation.
