阐述了当前水资源日益短缺,污染严重的严峻形势,从重点行业节水措施、城市污水治理回用等角度提出相关对策,对重点城市制定出综合整治规划,为生态省建设提供科学依据。
This article expounds moreand more sevious water resources shortage and pollution main cities in Heilongjiang province, puts forward countermeasures of water saving and sewage recycling. Comprehensive hamesing plan should be established to provide scientific foundation for ecological province construction.
