摘要
以一套W型蓄热式辐射管实验装置为对象,利用商业CFD软件CFX4.3对蓄热式辐射管表面温度分布进行数值模拟,并与实验结果进行对比,重点分析了辐射管沿长度方向温度分布的规律及其影响因素。结果表明,高速煤气射流有利于提高辐射管表面温度,降低温差,改善温度分布均匀性。
With the aim to study the surface temperature distribution of this kind of radiant-tube,using commercial CFD code CFX4.3,a set of w-type radiant-tube facility with regenerative combustor was studied numerically and validated experimentally.Results show that gas jet with high speed can increase the surface temperature of tube,decrease its temperature difference.
