摘要
目的讨论护理在提高机械通气效果及并发症预防中的作用。方法观察84例接受机械通气治疗患儿的并发症与护理的关系。结果84例机械通气患儿中,存活率75%,死亡19例,11例死于原发病,8例死于机械通气的各种并发症。结论合理有效的护理措施,是提高婴幼儿机械通气治疗成功率的保证。
Objects To discuss the function of nursing that prevent the complication and improve the result of mechanical ventilation.Methods Observe 84 accept Mechanical Ventilation, to explore the relation between complication and nursing.Results among 84 cases accept mechanical ventilation,19 cases of death,survival rate is 75%,11 cases die from and have illness coming on originally,8 dying from various kinds of complications of mechanical ventilation.Conclusion The nursing measure rational to be effective,with the assurance improve infant and children's mechanical ventilation success rate.
