摘要
上市公司的成长性是广大投资者投资股票时考虑的核心问题。成长性的好坏不仅关系到企业发展过程中的融资问题,而且关系我国证券市场和国民经济的未来发展。因此,上市公司的成长性问题成为投资分析理论与实践以及经济发展中的一项十分重要的内容。运用回归分析方法对上市公司的成长性与股权结构指标之间的关联性进行了探讨。
The growth of listed companies is the key point to be considered when the investors invest in the stocks of the companies. The quality of the growth is connected with not only the financing in the development of the enterprises but also the future development of the security market and national economy of China. Therefore, the growth of the listed companies becomes a very important content in investment analysis theory and practice, and economic development. This paper uses regression analysis method to carry out the discussion on correlation between the growth of the listed companies and structure index of stock rights.
