摘要
目的分析肿瘤病人围手术期出现类白血病反应的治疗效果.方法对该院临床遇见的8例围手术期出现类白血病反应的肿瘤病人治疗的临床效果进行观察.结果8例患者中,医院死亡2例,1例患者自行出院,1个月后出现广泛的脑肾转移死亡;5例病人经化疗,血常规在2～5周大致正常后出院.随访5～14个月,均死亡.结论肿瘤病人围手术期出现类白血病反应,提示预后凶险,积极的化疗可能有助于改善预后.
[Objective] Observe the treating effect of the tumour patients with leukemoid reaction during the treatment. [Method] Observe the prognosis of 8 cases of tumour patients with leukemoid reaction treating with operation. [Results] All the cases prognosis are bad.2 cases died in the hospital, 1 case leave the hospital without the permission of the doctor and died one month later for the metastasis of brain and kidney, 5cases left the hospital with the normal hemogram after chemical treating. But died in the 5~14 months. [Conclusion] The patients of tumour with leukemoid prognosis is bad, chemical treating in reason maybe improve the prognosis.
