摘要
在室内常温、静水条件下四种药物对太湖秀丽白虾的急性毒性大小依次为高锰酸钾>三氯异氰尿酸>硫酸铜硫酸亚铁合剂(5∶2)>二溴海因粉,其安全浓度分别为0.13、0.14、0.62、21mg/L。高锰酸钾及三氯异氰尿酸对秀丽白虾的毒性较大且安全浓度较低,应慎用。二溴海因毒性最弱,是秀丽白虾疾病防治的良好药物。
Acute toxicity of cupric sulfate (CuSO_4) and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate (FeSO_4·7H_2O) (5∶2), dibromindimethyl hydantion (C_5H_6Br_2N_2O_2), trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) and potassium permanganate (KMnO_4) to shrimp Palaemon modestus was determined by linear method at a water temperature of 18~23℃. It was found that the safe-concentrations were 0.62 mg/L for cupric sulfate (CuSO_4) and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate,21 mg/L for dibromindimethyl hydantion,0.14 mg/L for TCCA,and 0.13 mg/L for potassium permanganate, indicating that TCCA and KMnO_4 are more poisonous to the shrimp, and dibromindimethyl hydantion is a good drug for the shrimp.
