摘要
分别向杏仁内侧核(MAN)内微量注射去甲肾上腺素(NA)或神经肽Y(NPY)。NA引起血压升高,心率加快;而NPY引起血压降低,心率减慢。如果注入不能改变血压的小剂量NPY,则可抑制NA引起的升压作用,反映NPY与NA共同参与心血管活动的中枢性调节过程。向MAN中注射NPY后血中NA的含量也相应降低,表明在MAN中注射NPY引起的血压、心率反应是通过降低血浆中NA含量而实现的。
Experiments were carried out in Wistar rats. Micro-injection of noradrenaline (NA) intomediai amygadaloid nucleus(MAN)induced the rising of blood pressure and increase in heartrate. Microinjection of neuropeptide Y(NPY)into MAN caused decrease in blood pressure andheart rate. When NPY at a dosage not inducing any change of blood pressure was used before in-jection of NA the pressor effect of NA injected into MAN was inhibited,indicating that NPY andNA had interaction in the central regulation of cardiovascular activities.In the meantime,injec-tion of NPY into MAN also induced decrease in the NA concentration of peripheral blood. Itseems that the cardiovascular effects elicited by injection of NPY into MAN are the results of de-crease in NA in the peripheral blood.
