摘要
目的了解驻马店市儿童麻疹抗体水平。方法选择本市2～15岁儿童,分为3个年龄组,用ELISA法检测血清中IgG抗体。结果共调查333人,抗体阳性率为91.3%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶762。不同性别抗体阳性率和抗体保护率差异无显著性,不同年龄组抗体阳性率差异无显著性,保护率差异有显著性,城市人群的抗体阳性率和抗体保护率均明显高于农村人群,差异有显著性。结论在做好基础免疫的同时,应加强7岁年龄组儿童麻疹的加强免疫。
Objective The purpose of the present analysis was to get an insight into the measles antibody levels in children in the city of Zhu Madian to furnish background information for the prevention and control of the epidemic. Methods Children at 2-15 years of age in the city were selected and divided into 3 age groups. Serum IgG antibody was detected by ELISA method. Results Of the 333 subjects studied,the positive rate of measles antibody was 91.3% with Geometic mean titers of 1:762. There was no significant difference in antibody positive rate and antibody protection rate between different sexes. A significant difference was seen in antibody positive rate but not in antibody protection rate between different age groups. Both antibody positive rate and antibody protection rate were significantly higher in city dwellers than in rural population. Conclusion The incidence of measles in the city of Zhu Madian has been kept in a relatively low level since 1995, with occasional outbreaks and sporadic attacks. It is recommended that reinforced immunizations of measles for the 7-year group are to be taken seriously in addition to good basic immunizations.
