摘要
本文采用多波长直线回归法测定安痛定注射液中三组分的含量。计算程序用ＢＡＳＩＣ语言编制。氨基比林、安替比林和巴比妥的平均回收率和变异系数分别为１００．２％，０．４６％；１００．７％，０．７５％；９９．９９％，１．４１％。方法简便、快速、准确。
The contents of antondin injection could be determined by the
multi-wavelength linear regression method . The basic lan- guage was used for programming. The
average recover ies,and variation coefficien ts of amidopyrine ,phenazone and barbital are
100.2%,0.46%;100.7%;0.75%and 99. 99%,1.4%,respectively, This methed is simple,rapid and
accurate.
