摘要
利用激光诱导荧光技术开发了用于早期鼻咽癌药物荧光光谱诊断和定位系统,重点讨论系统中荧光光谱定位分光系统的组成及其荧光光谱信号的扫描控制方法.实验结果表明:系统不仅满足对荧光光谱信号分光精度和采集密度的要求,而且提高了信号的信噪比,为药物荧光光谱技术检测和定位早期鼻咽癌提供了可靠的技术支持.
<Abstrcat>Drug-fluorescence spectroscopy system for diagnosis and localization of early nasopharyngeal carcinoma has been developed based on the technique of laser-induced fluorescence. The architecture of fluorescence spectroscopy system which is one of the most important parts of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma localization system and the spectrum scanning control were discussed in detail. The results show that it is not only meets the demand of spectroscopy precision and acquisition density of fluorescence spectroscopy signal but enhances the SNR as well, which provides reliable technical supports for diagnosis and localization of early nasopharyngeal carcinoma by means of drug-fluorescence spectroscopy.
