摘要
中国石油化工集团公司洛阳石油化工总厂投资59亿元建成的包括16万t/a对二甲苯芳烃联合装置在内的聚酯工程,自投产以来连年亏损。经过芳烃生产经营过程模型的开发,建立了符合实际的模型,通过建立不同苛刻度的重整VectorBase模型结构,并附加随原料性质改变产品收率的DeltaBase结构,构成炼化一体化模型,实现了原油品种和装置生产方案优化等功能。该项目实施推动了芳烃-聚酯板块的扭亏增盈,整体效益可增加180万元/月。
Based on analyzing operation situation of their polycarbonates plant including 160kt/a dimethyl benzene integrated aromatic plant with investment 5.9billion Yuan,the paper introduced a practical process model of aromatic production and management established after process optimizing model development. With different severity CCR Vecter Base structure model and additional Delta Base structure of production yield changed with different feedstock,refining-chemical integration model is formed. Optimization of crude oil sort and production program will also be realized. The application of this project turn loss to profit with increased profit integration 1.8 million Yuan per month.
