An Attempt to Establish an Evaluation System for the Food Life Period in China

摘要 本文初步建立了食品生命周期评价模型,确定了食品生命周期评价中目标与范围定义、清单分析、影响评价及改善评价4个步骤的具体内容,并分析了目前我国开展食品生命周期评价存在的问题及其发展前景。食品生命周期评价必将成为未来食品企业实现可持续发展的最有效的支持工具之一。
