摘要
本文介绍了参与式培训的概念、基本原则、与我国传统式培训方式的区别及其在中德合作陕西西部造林项目中的应用情况,阐述了参与式培训方式在该项目建设和社区可持续发展中的作用,对于参与式培训方式的推广应用有一定的指导意义。
The paper has discussed the concept and basic principles of the participatory training, its comparison with the Chinese traditional training approach as well as its application in the Sino-German Afforestation Project Western Shanxi Province. It elaborated roles of the participatory training approach in the Project and in the community's sustainable development, and will provide guiding importance to the extension and application of this approach.
