摘要
安全的内涵随着时代矛盾的变化而不断丰富,特别是冷战结束以来,安全内涵不断拓展。其所涉及的领域超越了传统的军事安全和政治安全,包括经济安全和环境安全在内的非传统安全问题日益突出。在此基础上形成了“综合安全观”的新概念。
The security concept is constantly enriched as conflicts of the age change. Especially since the end of the cold war, it has continuously enlarged. The concept has no longer been limited to the traditional military and political security. Rather, the non-traditional security issues including economic and environmental security become increasingly prominent. Under such circumstances, the 'comprehensive security concept' comes into being.
