摘要 以碘为催化剂,研究了仲丁醇与乙酸酐之间的酯化反应。考察了催化剂用量、酐醇物质的量比、反应时间对乙酸仲丁酯收率的影响。结果表明,单质碘有着较好的催化活性。当仲丁醇的加入量为0.1mol,酐醇物质的量比为1.1,催化剂用量为0.05g时,反应30min,乙酸仲丁酯收率可达到97.6%,且所得产品无色透明,具有很高的纯度。产品通过折光率和红外光谱进行了表征。 The acylation of sec-butanol with acetic anhydride was studied by using iodine as catalyst.The effect of different factors such as the amount of catalyst,the ratio of sec-butanol to acetic anhydride and reaction time on the yield of sec-butyl acetate was carefully studied.The results showed that I_2 had a good catalytic activity.The best reaction conditions were as follows:when the amount of sec-butanol was 0.1mol,the ratio of sec-butanol to acetic anhydride was 1.1,the amount of iodine as catalyst was 0.05g.After reacting for 30 min,the yield of sec-butyl acetate reached 97.6%.The product was colorless and transparent,and was characterized by refractive index and IR.
