摘要
来复汤是近代名医张锡纯用于治疗“厥脱证”的常用方剂,本文研究证实给小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠iv给药(2g/kg—4g/kg),对由乌头碱、哇巴因、氯化钙、氯仿诱发的实验性心律失常均有明显的对抗作用(p<0.01)。预防或治疗给药能明显延长心律失常出现的潜伏期,缩短其持续时间,加速窦性心律的恢复。同时可减少发生室颤的动物数或使室颤得以及时纠正,提示本品尚有较好的除颤作用。
The Recovery Decoction is a commonly used formula for treating syncopy and collapse syndrome, created by Zhang Xichun, a modern famous physician. Research has proved that it has obvious antagonistic effect (p <0. 01) on experimental arrhythmia induced by aconitine, ouabin, calcium chloride and chloroform in mice, rabits and guinea pigs. Administration for prevention or treatment can notably prolong the latent period of attack of arrhythmia,shorten the duration,promote the recovery of sinus rhythm, and meanwhile, lessen the attack chances of ventricular fibrillation or rectify the ventricular fibrillation timely, which suggests that this decoction have a better effect of defibrillation.
