摘要
目的探讨支原体肺炎患儿的心肌损害的特点以及与肺炎支原体是否直接相关。方法回顾性分析了临床确诊支原体肺炎患儿52例及细菌性肺炎患儿40例,对比研究了两组患儿的心电图、临床心脏体格检查、血清心肌酶学检查等临床资料。结果支原体肺炎组患儿出现ST-T段改变及期前收缩的概率明显高于细菌性肺炎组,心脏听诊支原体肺炎组第一心音低钝及心衰的发生率也明显高于细菌性肺炎组(P<005)。血清心肌酶CK-MB、LDH、LDH1在两组间也存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论支原体肺炎患儿存在明显的心肌损害,该心肌损害和肺炎支原体病原对心脏的直接作用有关。
Objective To explore the characteristic of myocardial damage about children's mycoplasmal pneumonia(MP) and the possible dependability between myocardial damage and mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods There were 52 cases of MP and 40 cases of bacterial pneumonia who were analysed retrospectively, and the data of electrocardiogram, clinical heart physical examination and cardiac muscle enzyme labeled compound assay were investigated by contrast. Results The electrocardiogram of MP were more often to show up changes of ST-T section and extra systole, so were the first heart sound and congestive heart failure(P<0 05). And there was significant difference between two groups about cardiac muscle enzyme labeled compound assay of CK, LDH, LDH1(P<0.05). Conclusions The MP children present evident myocardial damage, and this condition maybe caused directedly by mycoplasma pneumonia.
