摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病(DM)和2型糖尿病合并急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血脂水平的变化,探讨血脂在2型DM合并ACS发生中的作用。方法测定68例2型DM无合并ACS患者(无合并ACS组)、68组2型DM合并ACS患者(合并ACS组),68例健康对照组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平。结果①糖尿病组与对照组比较,血清TC、TG、LDL—C、ApoB水平显著升高(P<0.05),HDL—C、ApoAI显著降低(P<0.05)。②2型糖尿病并发ACS组与无并发ACS组比较,血清TC、TG、LDL—C、ApoB水平显著升高(P<0.05),ApoAI显著降低(P<0.05),HDL—C无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论2型DM患者存在血脂代谢异常,且2型DM合并ACS者血脂代谢异常进一步加剧,血脂代谢异常是2型DM发生ACS的主要危险因素之一。
Objective To study the relationship between diabetes mellitus(DM) complicated by acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and plasma lipid, and study the role of plasma lipid on diabetes mellitus complicated by acute coronary syndromes. Methods The concentrations of TC?TG?lipoproteins and apolipoproteins were determined in 68 patients without ACS?68 patients with ACS and 68 healthy subjects respectively. Results TC?TG?LDL-C?ApoB in two group patients were higher than those in healthy subjects (P<0.05), HLD-C?ApoAI were lower than those in healthy subjects (P<0.05). TC?TG?LDL?ApoB in patients with ACS were higher than those in patients without ACS (P<0.05), ApoAI were lower than those in patients without ACS (P<0.05). Conclusions Obstruction of plasma lipid metabolism was one of dangerous fators of type-2 diabetes mellitus complicated by acute coronary syndromes.
