摘要
针对当前高职高专发展的需要,将就业的意识融入整个实习教学环节中,更新观念,开发多元化的实 习方式,建设相应的实习基地,加强实习的管理和考核,培养出符合社会和企业需要的新型专门技术人才。
Integrating the employment consciousness into practice teaching, a new and diversified practice style, aimed at the present development of higher vocational colleges is put forward. With relevant practicing bases and reasonable management and assessment systems, qualified personnel meeting the needs of community and enterprises can be trained.
