企业在推进ERP建设中,不可忽视管理观念、运行机制、业务流程和管理基础这4个方面,以机械制造企业为例,提出对上述4个方面进行更新、转换、调整和整顿的具体作法。
Management Concept, Operational Mechanism, Operation Flow and Management Basis should not be neglected in the course of promoting ERP for enterprise. The article puts forward specific method of renewing, converting, adjusting and consolidating the aforesaid aspects.
