摘要
从历史的角度来看学校管理不断地在引入企业管理知识。人们普遍认为学校管理可以从企业管理知识中获得发展的契机,但同时也感觉到企业管理和学校管理有较大区别,在引入企业管理知识以后,出现了许多令人思考的问题,这是在学校管理中认识比较模糊的地方。本文在理论上做出分析和假设。
From a historical standpoint, the knowledge of enterprise management has been constantly brought to bear school management .It was well known that school management could get a chance to develop by means of handling the knowledge of enterprise management, but there have many distinctions between enterprise management and school management and have a sort of questions. This is vague perception in the study of school management. In the essay, I will make analysis and hypothesis in the theory.
