摘要
邓小平亲自制定的知识分子政策是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,这一政策的内容涉及知识分子阶级属性的定位、地位的提高、作用的发挥等多个方面。进入21世纪——知识经济时代,重温邓小平同志关于知识分子政策的论述,对于我国人才资源的开发和利用无疑有着重要的意义。
The polices on intellectuals made by Deng Xiao-ping himself are the important part of Deng xiao-ping’s Theory .Their Contents include the following aspects such as the allocation of intellectual’s class characteristics,improvement of their social status and exertion of their roles.With entering into the new century and on the background of learning economic times,it is definitely of great significance for our nation’s talent resources’ exploiting and employ that we revise Deng Xiao-ping’s statements on intellectual’s policies.
