摘要
目的观察独一味加消肿散治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法将急性软组织挫伤98例随机分为2组。治疗组51例运用独一味加消肿散治疗,对照组47例运用消肿散治疗。2组均治疗7日后观察疗效。结果2组治疗前后疼痛、压痛、肿胀分值差值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈率37.3%,对照组8.5%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论独一味加消肿散治疗软组织损伤具有良好的止痛消肿作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Duyiwei combined with Xiaozhongsan on acute soft tissue injury. Methods 98 patients with acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into two groups. 51 patients in treatment group were treated with Duyiwei combined with Xiaozhongsan ; 47 patients in control group were treated with simple Xiaozhongsan, with a treatment course of 7 days for both groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after one treatment courses in both groups. Results The cure rates in treatment group and control group were 37.3% and 8.5% respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups ( P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect before and after treatment in both groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion The Duyiwei combined with Xiaozhongsan is effective in treating acute soft tissue injury, with few side effect.
