萝卜肉质根膨大过程中库活性的变化 被引量:4

摘要 以根冠比不同的3个萝卜品种为材料,研究了萝卜肉质根的生长动态和肉质根膨大过程中源库活性的变化。结果表明:播种后14~21d肉质根开始膨大,并在播种28d后进入快速膨大期;叶片的快速生长期先于肉质根。3个品种其根冠比(鲜质量)存在非常明显的差异。其中‘短叶13’在播种后35d,其根冠比即达到1以上;至播种后56d其根冠比高达4.7,而‘叶用萝卜’根冠比始终小于1。源活性在播种后14~21d达到最大,之后逐渐下降,但‘叶用萝卜’源活性在播种后21~28d仍维持较高的水平;库活性在播种后28d(‘短叶13’和‘叶用萝卜’)或35d(‘白玉春’)内持续快速提高,之后则呈下降趋势。在整个生长过程中,‘短叶13’的源活性始终低于其它两个品种,而其库活性和地下部干重并不低于其它2个品种。 Three radish cultivars, which are different in their storage root to shoot ratios, were used to study the taproot growth dynamics and source-sink activities. It was found that taproot began to thicken during 14 to 21 days after sowing. After 28 day growth, taproot began its rapid growth period. The rapid growth period of shoot was earlier than that of taproot. Significant difference of storage root to shoot ratio was found among the three cultivars. The storage root to shoot ratio of cultivar ‘Duan-Ye 13’ was more than 1 after 35 day growth, and reached 4.7 after 56 day growth. But the storage root to shoot ratio of cultivar ‘Leafy radish’ was always below 1, even after 56 day growth. On the other hand, source activities of the three cultivars reached the highest level from 14 to 21 days after sowing, and then decreased gradually, except the cultivar ‘Leafy radish’, which maintained a relative high level during the next 7 day growth period. A similar change of sink activity was obtained in the three radish cultivars. Sink activities increased steadily during the first 28 day (cultivar ‘Duan-Ye 13’ and ‘Leafy radish’) or 35 day (cultivar ‘Baiyu-Chun’) growth, and then decreased rapidly. During the growth period, the sink activity and taproot dry weight of cultivar ‘Duan-Ye 13’ didn’t lower than the other two cultivars, though its source activity was lower than the other two cultivars.
