摘要
风机特性对雾滴穿透性和沉积性有较大的影响。在相同流量下,改变风机出风口的大小,可以得到不同的出口风速和梯度。弥雾机风机出口风速和梯度增大,雾滴的穿透性和沉积量增加。但是,过大的出口风速却可能引起近风侧果树上已粘附雾滴以滚动、悬浮和碰撞3种方式起动而脱离叶面,造成农药的损失。为使雾滴在整株果树上均匀分布,提高药效,合理的风机出口风速应控制在18~35m/s之间,合理的速度梯度应控制在10~40s-1之间,并对每一行果树都要进行双侧喷雾。
Characteristics of a fan has a great influence on penetrability and deposited property of pesticide droplets on a fruit tree. The wind speed and its gradient varied with a fan outlet area change at a constant flux. The penetration and deposition of droplets will increase with increasing of wind speed and its gradient. However, the deposited pesticide droplets might fall away at three types of starting up modes, that is, rolling, suspending and colliding, when the wind speed increased over a critical value. The optimal range of fan wind velocity locates between (18-35) m/s and those of velocity gradient (10-40) s-1. And each row of fruit trees should be sprayed from the both sides.
