人类猫白血病病毒受体的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 人类猫白血病C亚类病毒受体(feline leukemia virus subgroup C receptor,FLVCR)于2000 年克隆,并定位于1号染色体长臂(1q31)。研究表明人类FLVCR广泛表达于CD34+造血干/组细胞、造血细胞及其他人类组织和细胞系。新近发现FLVCR具有输出血红素的重要功能,并由此参与红系生成的调节。目前,对于FLVCR的功能和病理生理意义的认识是一个尚待深入研究的领域。
