摘要
对建立板料成形极限图的各种试验和理论进行研究分析,指出现有试验和理论存在的缺点和不足.在此基础上通过运用有限元数值模拟与实冲试验相结合的方法,研究复杂应变路径下的板料成形极限,并以经过二次冲压的车辆左后悬挂架为例,研究了左后悬挂架危险点的应变路径,最终确定了该零件的成形方案.研究结果表明:有限元数值模拟可以实现复杂应变路径;应变路径的不同对冲压成形的结果有很大影响.
Experiments and theories for founding forming limit diagram of sheet metal are described and shortcomings of current experiments and theories are pointed out. Based on this, a method is used by means of integration of finite element simulation and experiment for researching forming limit diagram of sheet metal in complex strain paths. Meanwhile, as an example, forming limit of dangerous point of rear hanger which has undergone twice stamping is investigated. Finally forming method of rear hanger is confirmed. The results indicate that FEM can realize the complex strain paths and different strain paths will affect the result of sheet metal forming greatly.
