摘要
选择平均体重为(9.16±1.29)kg的二元杂交健康断奶仔猪180头,按体重相近和遗传基础相似的原则,采用单因子完全随机设计分为3个处理,每处理设6个重复,每重复10头猪(公母各半)。结果表明,日粮添加酵母铬有提高仔猪平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)的趋势,日粮添加甲基吡啶铬对仔猪生长性能没有显著的影响;日粮添加甲基吡啶铬或酵母铬对仔猪血清铬(Cr)含量、胆固醇(CHOL)含量、血液尿氮(BUN)含量、血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量、总蛋白(TP)含量、清蛋白(ALB)含量、球蛋白(GLB)含量、球/清蛋白(GLB/ALB)比值、卵清蛋白(OVA)抗体(AAb)效价、猪瘟抗体(SFVb)效价以及经植物凝集素(PHA)刺激后皮褶厚度(DST)的变化没有显著影响。
One hundred and eighty crossbred piglets weighed(9.16±1.29)kg were equally divided in three treatments according to weight and sex, six pens per treatment, 10 piglets per pen(half barrows and half gilts). Piglets were fed basal diets with 0, 200μg/kg Cr adding chromium picolinate(CrPi), or chromium yeast(Cr-yeast). The results indicated that diets with Cr-yeast tended to increase ADG and ADFI (P<0.10).Diets with CrPi did not affect ADG and ADFI (P>0.05). There were no significant difference in serum chromium content, CHOL content, BUN content, GLU content, TP content, ALB content, GLB content, GLB/ALB ratio, AAb , SFVb and DST (P>0.05) among treatments, which indicated that there was no significant effect of organic chromium on the immune function of weanling piglets.[WTHZ]
