E-钙粘素和CD44V6的表达与乳腺癌生物学特性的关系 被引量:2

Expression of E-cadherin and CD44V6 and biological characteristics of breast cancer.

摘要 目的探讨E-钙粘素、CD44V6的表达与乳腺癌发生发展的关系,评价二者在乳腺癌诊断、浸润、转移及预后判断中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测10例乳腺增生及60例乳腺癌组织中E-钙粘素、CD44V6的表达情况。结果乳腺良性肿瘤组织中E-钙粘素呈强阳性表达,阳性率为80%(8/10);乳腺癌组织中E-钙粘素表达减弱,阳性率为38.33%(23/60),两者差异显著(P<0.01),E-钙粘素表达减弱与乳腺癌分化程度相关;乳腺癌组织CD44V6的阳性率为71.67%(43/60),显著高于乳腺增生阳性率(50%,5/10,P<0.01);CD44V6的表达强度与乳腺癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移相关。乳腺癌中E-钙粘素的表达与CD44V6的表达呈负相关。结论E-钙粘素及CD44V6的表达失调可能是乳腺癌发生、发展的重要分子学改变,与肿瘤的浸润、转移密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of E-cadherin and CD44V6 and the pathogenesis and development of breast cancer and to evaluate the roles of them in the diagnosis,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.Methods The expression of E-cadherin and CD44V6 in 10 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia and 60 cases of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistrical S-P methods.Results E-cadherin expressed positively in benign tumor tissue of mammary gland with the positive rate of 80% (8/10) ,which expressed weakly in breast cancer tissue with the positive rate of 38.33%(23/60),with significant difference between groups (P<0.01).The weakened expression of E-cadherin was related to the differentiation degree.The positive rate of CD44V6 in breast cancer tissue was 71.67%(43/60),significantly higher than that of mammary gland hyperplasia (50%,5/10,P<0.01).The expression of CD44V6 in breast cancer tissue was correlated with the differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis.The expression of E-cadherin in breast cancer was negatively correlated with CD44V6 expression.Conclusion The disturbed expression of E-cadherin and CD44V6 maybe associated with the carcinogensis and development of breast carcinoma and closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of tumor.
