摘要
以柿树试管苗为试材,研究了不同种类及不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对小于1cm幼芽增殖和大于1cm幼梢生根的影响。结果表明,培养基中添加ZT1.0mg/L+BA0.2mg/L+IAA0.02mg/L有利于幼芽增殖;添加ZT1.0mg/L+BA0.1mg/L+IAA0.05mg/L有利于新梢生长;NAA诱导生根的效果优于IBA和IAA,以NAA0.5mg/L与IBA0.25mg/L配合使用效果最佳,不仅生根率高,且平均根条数多。
In this experiment, the effect of concentrations and combinations of plant growth regulators on the proliferation and rooting of shoot cuttings of Diospyros kaki (Persimmon) were studied. The results showed that the combination of ZT 1.0 mg/L+ BA 0.2 mg/L+IAA 0.02 mg/L in the modified MS (1/2N) culture medium was benefitial to bud propagation and the combination of ZT 1.0 mg/L+BA 0.1mg/L+IAA 0.05 mg/L in the modified MS (1/2N) culture medium was benefitial to shoot growth when the shoot cuttings were shorter than 1.0 cm. The combination of NAA 0.5 mg/L +IBA 0.25 mg/L in the 1/2 MS culture medium was best for rooting when the shoot cuttings were longer than 1.0 cm, the rooting rate was higher and there were more roots at every shoot cuttings than other combinations. The result also showed that the effect of inducing rooting of NAA was better than that of IBA and IAA.
