摘要
面对我国教育改革和全面推进素质教育的迫切需要,建设数字图书馆已经成为一种必然趋势。数字图书馆建设应以资源信息建设为核心,数字图书馆建设的主要内容应包括建立与完善本馆的书目数据库、数字化信息资源的采购以及网上信息资源的采集利用。
Facing the urgent requirements of our country's educational reform and quality education, the construction of the digital library has become an inevitable trend. The construction of the digital library should take the construction of the information resources as the core, and the main contents of the construction of digital library include the establishment and perfection of the bibliographic database, the purchase of the digitalized information resources, and the collection and utilization of the information resources on the network.
