摘要
飞速发展的网络技术和现代信息技术给传统的信息服务工作带来了巨大的冲击,探讨、构建网络环境下知识服务的新模式成为现代信息服务工作的重心。重点对基于数字化的参考咨询服务模式和基于专业化的用户信息系统服务模式的构建及其实施进行了具体的分析和阐述。
The rapidly developed network techniques and the modern information techniques bring about huge impact to the traditional information service, and probing into and building the new mode of the knowledge service under the network environment have become the emphasis of the modern information service. This paper makes concrete analysis and exploration on the reference service mode based on the digitalization and the client information service mode based on the specialization.
