摘要
邓小平把对于农民利益的关注作为其构建中国改革开放整体布局的起点,并由此启动了中国农村改革的伟大进程。邓小平的农民利益观具有鲜明的时代特色和时代价值:它澄清了在农民利益问题上的认识误区,为正确认识和处理新时期的农民利益问题奠定了理论基础;把对农民利益的高度重视与维护中国社会稳定的大局联系起来,使农民利益的重要性在中国社会发展中得到了充分的体现;把对农民利益问题的认识和处理与不断深化对社会主义的认识程度联系起来,提升了对“什么是社会主义,怎样建设社会主义”这一重要问题的认识水平;它所蕴涵的丰富的重农思想,为新一届中央领导集体的新重农思想提供了精神营养。
Deng Xiaoping's view of farmer interests has distinct era characteristic and value. It clarifies wrong idea on farmers' interests, and establishes the theoretical foundation for understanding and dealing with new peasant interests problems. It links up attention and overall situation of the maintaining China's social stability to peasant's interests, making the importance of peasant's interests fully reflected in China's social development. It links up the understanding of peasant's interests problem and the degree of socialism with deepening understanding.The thought has offered spiritual nutrition for the new thoughts of the new leading collectives.
