摘要
《刑事诉讼法》第四十二条第二款第七项——视听资料,它使我国的证据体系更加严密和完善,视听资料证据在实践中的应用情况及其作为证据应用的法律依据,具有重要的现实意义。
This paper is mainly aimed at analyzing the content of the audio and video evidence which is concluded in Item 7, Clause 2, Article 43 of Criminal Procedure Law and introducing the application of such evidences and the law base.
