提出了用非离子表面活性剂TritonX100作萃取剂的浊点萃取胶束增稳室温燐光法测定痕量α-萘乙酸的新方法。就溶液pH、试剂浓度、平衡温度和时间等实验条件对浊点萃取的影响及后续使用的胶束增稳室温燐光法的测定条件进行了探讨谧罴烟跫?线性范围为3.0×10-8~2.0×10-6mol/L;检出限1.3×10-8mol/L;方法用于强化水样中痕量α萘乙酸的测定,回收率95%~104%;相对标准偏差2.0%~3.5%。
A new method, micelle-stabilized room temperature phosphorimetry (MS-RTP) after cloud point extraction (CPE) using Triton X-100 as the extractant, has been proposed for the determination of trace α-naphthylacetic acid (NAA) in water samples. The optimum conditions for improving sensitivity and detection limit were examined, including pH, conditions of reagents, equilibration temperature, time on cloud point extraction and later analytical conditions by MS-RTP. The optimum separation was carried out at 100℃, 2 min, 2 g/L Triton X-100, 0.5 mol/L Na_2SO_4 and 15 mmol/L HAc-NaAc buffer at pH=4.7. The optimum analytical parameters for the method were that the detection wavelengths (λ_ ex/λ_ em) were 285/502 nm and 0.2 g KI was used as heavy atom perturber. In addition, 0.5 mL 2×10 -2 mol/L sodium sulfite was used as deoxygenator. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curve of NAA gave a linear dynamic range of 3.0×10 -8~2.0×10 -6 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.3×10 -8 mol/L. The proposed method was applied to the determination of NAA in spiked water samples with recoveries of 95%~104% and relative standard deviations of 2.0%~3.5%.
