摘要
本文采用XRD、BET和TPR技术及固定床反应装置对改性的CuO-ZnO/HZSM-5榷化剂进行考察.结果表明:通过添加ZrO2、MnO2和Al2O3,能够有效地促进催化剂活性组分的分散,能加强活性中心与HZSM-5之间的相互作用,提高了催化剂的活性.其最佳含量为:CuO/ZnO/ZrO2/MnO2/A12O3=1∶1∶0.033∶0.033∶0.033(摩尔比).
Many characteristics of CuO-ZnO/HZSM-5 catalysts which modified by compound metal oxide were compared by means of XRD、BET and TPR techniques.The performance of the catalysts was investigated by using fixed-bed reactor.Results showed that after adding ZrO_2、MnO_2、Al_2O_3 additives to CuO-ZnO/HZSM-5 catalyst,the degree of dispersion of active component was increased and the interaction of active component and HZSM-5 was enhanced,so the catalyst activity was increased.The best complexity of catalyst was CuO/ZnO/ZrO_2/MnO_2/A1_2O_3=1∶1∶0.033∶0.033∶0.033 (mol/mol).
