摘要
入世为我国"三农"引进外资提供了难得的机遇。然而,目前我国"三农"在引进外资方面还存在许多问题。因此,为了支持"三农"引进外资,必须尽快采取改革农村户口制度,提高"三农"政策法律的透明度,完善农产品生产制度,改革农产品流通机制,强制推行农村地区义务教育等措施。只有这样,才能抓住机遇,加快我国与国际市场接轨的步伐,占据更多的国际贸易份额。
<Abstrcat>Entering the WTO has offered the rare opportunity for'Sannong'bringing in foreign capital in our country.Howerer,there are a lot of problems existing in'Sannong'importing foreign capital in our country at present.In order to support it,we must reform the rural reg istered.Permanent residence system as soon as possible,improve the law transparency of'Sannong'policy,perfect the production system of agricultural products,reform the circulating mechanism of agricultural products,pursue such measures as the compulsory education of rural area by force.Only in this way could we seize the opportunity,quicken the steps of in tegrating our marker with the world one and ccupy more international trade share.
