摘要 某单层预应力网格幕墙钢结构由形似花瓣的5个独立的外加预应力索网的椭球形单层网格杆系结构组成,每根竖杆均为一通长连续构件,而横杆则与竖杆铰接,形成一组特殊的单层网壳结构。钢网壳内侧通过连杆铰支于内部混凝土结构上,外侧为预应力索网。此网格结构并非作为屋盖水平放置,而是作为玻璃幕墙的支承结构垂直放置,其连接与支承方式均不同于常规的单层网壳。本文深入探讨这类型特殊网壳的稳定性态和特征,对类型该结构的线性稳定,完善结构非线性稳定,有初始缺陷结构非线性稳定和弹塑性稳定进行分析,得出几点有益的结论,为该类型网壳结构的设计提供数据资料和依据。 A pre-stressed single layer reticulated steel structure used for curtain wall structures is composed of five individual ellipsoid grid shells with pre-stressed cable nets outside the shells, in which each vertical member is a continuous vertical arch and horizontal members are hinged to the vertical members. Local additional level braces are linked between inner concrete structure and the steel grid shells for the braces of the shells. The grid shells are positioned vertically for supporting a large scale curtain wall. The joint system and the supporting manner of the shells are much different from conventional grid shell structures. In this paper, the stability behavior of the particular shells is analyzed. The linear bucking, nonlinear bucking of perfect shells and imperfect shells and elasto-plastic bucking are analyzed. Some useful conclusions are obtained, which can be referred in the design of such kind of grid shells.
