摘要
针对异步电动机变频调速系统运行时出现的转矩脉动现象,在对已有调制模式进行研究的基础上,建立了计及逆变器死区时间后异步电动机系统的整体数学模型,对系统运行于不同调制模式下的转矩脉动进行研究,得出了改进梯形脉宽调制(MTPWM)模式减少转矩脉动效果最佳的结论。
Appearance of torque pulsation phenomenon influences system' s running quality and reliability, when an induction motor (IM) operates in the manner of variable frequency and variable speed. Taking inverter' s dead time into consideration, the whole mathematical model of an IM system is set up, and then torque pulsation phenomenon is studied when the IM system operates in several different modulate strategies, the conclusion is derived that MTPWM modulate strategy has an optimal effect on reducing torque pulsation.
