摘要
秦朝重法,以法为至尊,但并不排儒,“焚书坑儒”不等于禁儒,儒学在秦朝政治生活中起到了相当重要的作用。把“焚书坑儒”等同于禁儒是一种历史的误解。
Legalism was heavily emphasized during Qin Dynasty, but it didn't mean that Confucianism was banned by the Government of Qin. In fact, Confucianism played an important role in the political and social lives at that time. It's a misunderstanding to consider that the Books Burnt and the Confucian scholars Buried are equal to the forbiddance of Confucianism.
