摘要
中国经历了改革开放的20几年的发展,已基本进入了和谐社会,表现为民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会.然而证券市场的表现却很不和谐,政府、上司公司、券商、会计师事务所等机构的行为很不默契,市场各方的不和谐暗示了我国证券市场的发展之路.
<Abstrcat>China has already basic entered the harmonious society experienced the development of more than 20 reform open years, which express to love for the democracy rule of law, fair and justice, trust friendly, vibrant, stabilize the peace society ,get along well with between person and natures.However the performance of the stock market are out of harmony. the behavior of government, public company, security company, accounting firm etc aren't harmonious .everyone of market out of harmony suggested the road of the development of the our country stock market.
