摘要
本文创建了企业综合信息竞争力(EIIC)这一概念,并用数学统计方法对EIIC进行了测度,包括数据的标准化处理、权重的确定和EIIC的计算,其综合评价值越高,说明该企业的综合信息竞争力越强;指标的权重越大,说明该指标在信息化建设过程中对企业的影响也越大、越重要。
This paper establishes a new concept, which was enterprise integrated information competitiveness (English ab.EIIC)was brought forward.Also EIIC was measured by maths and statistics methods, the datas' standardization disposal and the confirmation of maces and the computation of EIIC were included. And gives the conclusion that is the enterprise integrated information competitiveness is mighty when the amount of integrated evaluate is high,and the index,s influence to the enterprise is large and important in the informatization construct when the confirmability of maces of the index is large.
