摘要
该文从环保产业在国民经济中的重要地位谈起,通过大量的基础调研资料,阐述了宜宾环保产业的发展历程和现状,剖析了存在的问题,提出了切实可行的对策,并预测其发展的趋势。对大力开展清洁生产,发展循环经济,构建节约型社会。
The article starts with the important position of the environmental protection industry in the national economy and expounds its history and actuality in Yibin City based on the overall research and a great deal of information. The article also analyses the problems existing in industry and then puts forward the practical and effective ways to deal with them. In addition, the article forecasts the possibilities of this industry developing. Furthermore, the article provides important value on how to promote clean production and circulating economy about how to build a concordant city with harmonious society, economy and environment.
