摘要
近现代地上权肇端于罗马法。本文主要运用了历史的方法对罗马法的地上权制度的演变过程进行了梳理,初步揭示了罗马法的地上权制度所蕴涵的巨大的价值和对后世民法,特别是物权立法所产生的巨大影响。
The modern superficies systems stem from Roman Law. According the clues of history, the article regulates the changed courses of the superficies systems in Roman law, annouces initially that the systems have great value and leave a deep impression on later civil law, especially on the law of property.
