摘要
本文主要就高级技工学校办成技术学院的过程中,实训基地的建设问题,从宗旨与指导思想,基地硬件建设、软件建设,师资队伍培养,管理软环境建设五个层面做了初步的探讨与分析。
This paper analyzed the problems of practical training bases construction in the process of developing the advanced technical school into college from five aspects that are purpose and ideology, building of hardware and software in the bases, training of the teachers, and construction of management flexible circumstances.
