摘要
近年来“学习型组织”理论越来越为国人接受并运用于管理工作。本文分析了“学习型组织”的概念、特征和影响,阐述了“学习型组织”理论对学校管理工作的启示。
The theory of learning organization has been introduced to daily administrative work. The paper intends to clarify the theme of the theory, analyze it's characteristics, and attempts to explore the enlightenment of the theory for school management.
