摘要
采用文献资料法和调查法对现代游泳技术与训练的发展方向进行了调查研究,发现现代游泳技术越来越向着精细化方向发展,而竞技游泳训练则向着多纬度方向发展。
By literature and questionnaire, the author investigated and analyzed the development of swimming skill and training. It is found that the present swimming skills are more and more meticulous and swimming training is developing in many aspects.
