摘要
本文通过对200户土地经营者的调查,对川中地区土地适度规模经营问题进行了分析研究。结果表明,在目前投入水平和一定限度内,土地经营规模的扩大将有利于劳动生产率的提高,但土地生产率却因此下降。当农田投入超过1350元/公顷时,适当扩大土地经营规模有利于土地生产率的提高。
The problem of the land scale managment has been studied through an investigation on 200 land management households. The result shows that the land scale and the labour productivity of land managers will be in creased, but the land productivity will be decreased at the present capital input. While the capital input is over 1350 yuan/ha, suitable expanding of land scale will be advantageous to the increase of land productivity. In the paper, the macroscopic restriction in land scale management of Si- chuan is analysed, in the middle and the appropriate measures are also proposed.
